Love, laughter, and magic encapsulated the wedding day of Jenna-Lee and Marno.

Following a picture-perfect proposal in Franschhoek – Jenna-Lee’s favourite town, the beautiful couple decided to get married at the Inimitable Wedding Venue in Muldersdrift in Gauteng.

Jenna-Lee and Marno particularly loved the venue’s minimalist and modern look and feel, which was finished off by the soft and gentle colours in the décor.

However, the celebrations and memories made were nothing but minimal.

Jenna-Lee detailed her favourite moments of the wedding, which included walking down the aisle with her father with her husband to be waiting at the other end.

“I felt like an angel walking down the aisle, and I felt as if Marno passed the test of ‘having to cry when your bride walks down the aisle’ – he sobbed. Which is totally unlike him,” Jenna-Lee said.

She also enjoyed a surprise dance by Marno and his best friends, which she said was hilarious.

Another highlight for the couple was the wedding photographers.

Gareth Barclay Studios was honoured to have been chosen to capture the day.

“I absolutely loved taking pictures with Jacques and Garreth. They made us laugh and made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera.”

The couple also took an unconventional approach to their wedding by serving the guests McDonald’s fast food.

“We surprised our guests with McDonald’s as that was the place where Marno told me he loved me for the very first time.”

The magical evening was capped off with a beautiful song written by Marno’s dad and performed by legendary musician, Dozi.

“We partied the night away. Proof? Yes, I had wine all over my dress. It was a magnificent evening full of love and joy!”
