In the heart of the Limpopo Bushveld under the African sky, lies the most unique and peaceful dream destination, Bordeaux Game Farm.

Breathless and warm, the Acacia trees can be seen standing mute in the summer air, almost as if they too were waiting in anticipation, for Mariza and Ruan to become man and wife.

This serene setting created the perfect atmosphere for an unforgettable and intimate outdoor ceremony on the 22nd of February 2020. Our delicate bride resembled royalty in her couture designer dress by Kobus Dippenaar Atelier.

Kobus believes that his one-of-a-kind pieces make the most of a bride’s individual beauty, and this was most evidently represented with the exquisite Mariza.

Upon planning their wedding, the couple chose to incorporate the colour palette of the luxurious landscape by opting for green bridesmaid’s dresses, designed and created by Mrs Rose. The dapper groom was suited by Carducci.

As the sunset over the horizon, friends and family gathered around to watch the couple partake in their first official activity as newlyweds, the cutting of the cake! The delicate and tiered masterpiece as well as the breathtakingly fabulous floral décor was supplied by Louise Artistry.

Live Music from Neil Somers accompanied the sounds of laughter and the sharing of fond memories whilst guests enjoyed the delicious canapes and gin bar.

The Tablecloth Hiring Company and All Things Wedding provided dream table setup and décor to complement the rustic and minimalistic setting for the venue.

Secret Diary creatively composed and perfectly placed all stationery to reflect a sophisticated and romantic ambiance for this refined reception.
